Survey Preparation for JCAHO and ACHC

Assisting Hospice Agencies in preparation for The Joint Commission as well as ACHC surveys.

Services include:

-Focusing on survey areas

-Ensuring all hospice programs are up to Accreditation agency’s standards and Medicare’s Conditions of Participations including but not limited to Bereavement Services, Volunteer Services, Emergency Program, QAPI, Social Services, Administrative and Clinical programs such as Infection Control, Fall Reduction Program, Governing Body meetings, Budgeting, as well as Human Resources
